Kick off your Australian adventure with a week in Melbourne! This iconic city in Victoria is packed with art, culture, cuisine, and more. Meet your tour leader on the first night and enjoy a group dinner to get acquainted with your fellow travellers. Throughout the week, your tour leader will ensure you see the highlights of Melbourne and the surrounding area. Embark on a guided city and laneway tour to explore the hidden gems of Melbourne. Venture to Victoria's biggest waterfall, the majestic MacKenzie Falls. See famous landmarks such as the Twelve Apostles, Loch Ard Gorge, and the Otway Ranges Rainforest on a tour of the Great Ocean Road. After an amazing week in Victoria, hop on an overnight bus and head north to Sydney.

Welcome to Australia's most famous city! Sydney is packed with fun things to do, and this week you'll get to do them all. Join a guided city tour to see all the top attractions and learn about the history, art, and culture of this iconic metropolis. Cruise through Sydney Harbour on a boat cruise, capturing the best views of the Sydney Opera House. Spend a few nights in Bondi and relax on the golden shores of Bondi Beach. Head west for an adventurous day trip into the gorgeous Blue Mountains, where you can explore hiking trails, waterfalls, and powerful rock formations. You'll have plenty of free time to wander the city as well. The tour group will expand to include other travellers who are beginning their journey in Sydney, so get ready to make some new friends as well!

Byron Bay & Surfers Paradise

Start your week by boarding the comfy, air-conditioned coach bus and travelling from Sydney to Byron Bay. This laid-back surf town in northern New South Wales is famous for its stunning beaches and coastline, as well as its trendy cafes and shops. Make the most of your time in Byron Bay with a city tour, a guided lighthouse walk, and a surf lesson! Next, continue up into Queensland and spend some time on the Gold Coast. In addition to a guided tour of Surfers Paradise, you'll have free time to soak in the sights of the Gold Coast. Hit up the nightlife, visit the exciting theme parks, or just be a beach bum. Brisbane, Noosa & Rainbow Beach

Continue up the Queensland coast and spend the next few days exploring Brisbane. A guided city tour and visit to Streets Beach will help you get your bearings in this dynamic and vibrant city. There are so many incredible museums, markets, and entertainment venues to visit in Brisbane! Next, head up to the gorgeous seaside city of Noosa. Full of fun things to see and do, Noosa is like heaven for nature lovers. Explore Noosa National Park on a guided walking tour, or add on a unique adventure like canoeing through the Everglades. From Noosa, you'll travel to Rainbow Beach. Week 5 of your journey from Melbourne to Cairns begins with a once-in-a-lifetime experience! Embark on a 3-day, 2-night 4WD camping tour of K'gari (Fraser Island). This lush island is home to picturesque sights like Lake McKenzie, Eli Creek, Maheno Shipwreck, and heaps of ancient sand dunes and dense rainforests. After 3 days of camping and exploring in the wilderness, head back to the mainland and leisurely make your way up the coast. Stop in quaint beach towns like Agnes Water and rest up so you can prepare for more fun in the Whitsundays!

This lively coastal town is the Gateway to the Whitsunday Islands and is full of waterfront bars and cafes, lovely beaches, and nightlife. Then venture out to the islands on a 2-day, 2-night sailing tour! Stroll on the silica sands of Whitehaven Beach, snorkel amongst flourishing coral reefs, and enjoy the tropical island scenery. Let loose on a post-tour party night in Airlie Beach before heading north and catching the ferry to Magnetic Island. Mission Beach & Cairns

Venture further into the magical tropics of Queensland! From Magnetic Island, head back to the mainland and travel to Mission Beach. Bask in the tranquil atmosphere of this beach town, or take things up a notch with an optional river rafting tour or skydive! Then continue north to our final destination: Cairns! As the Gateway to the Great Barrier Reef, you'll get to immerse yourself in the underwater wonders of the world's largest coral reef system. In addition to a snorkelling day trip on the reef, journey into the rainforest on an Atherton Tablelands day trip! Swim in waterfalls and tour cozy jungle towns outside Cairns before enjoying an emotional farewell dinner on your last night of the tour

The 47 nights accommodation will be a combination of 6, 8, or 10 share dorm style rooms, plus overnight busses and tours. 

Are meals included?
