The Whitsunday Islands are a natural wonderland, located amongst the Great Barrier Reef, so you’re in for two days of world-class beach time and tropical vibes! With many stops for snorkelling, dive into the crystal waters and explore! Swim through vivid coral gardens amongst glimmering fish and alongside magnificent sea turtles. Stop at Whitehaven Beach and dig your toes into some of the whitest sands in the world before venturing up to Hill Inlet Lookout for some seriously unbelievable views. Your time aboard Powerplay is fully catered, with fresh fish, Aussie BBQs and nachos as some of the highlights. This tag-along tour gives you the option to try beach four-wheel driving, with plenty of support from your friendly local guide. Whether you’re zooming down 75 Mile Beach, or chilling in the back as a passenger, K’gari is a unique, tropical paradise. Over your three-day beach adventure, you will float away in multicoloured waters at Lake Mackenzie, Lake Wabby, Champagne Pools and Eli Creek! Your trip leader will guide you to the best parts of this leafy heaven, spending ample time amongst giant trees in the tranquillity of ancient rainforests like Central Station. Meet new mates and settle down each night at a decked-out campsite with a spacious tent featuring a comfortable bed and fresh linens. And yes, there are showers with hot water, so you don’t have to ‘rough it’ to immerse yourself in this natural utopia.

Important Information

  • K'gari Tour departs from Noosa or Rainbow Beach (please notify).
  • Passengers wishing to drive must be at least 21 years of age, hold a valid driver’s license, and have at least 2 years of driving experience.
  • Briefing the night before your K'gari trip departure is mandatory. Chat to your travel experts to organise convenient accommodation the night prior.
  • On the day of departure for your K'gari trip, please meet at Nomads Noosa reception no later than 6:30 am.
  • You must be able to swim and understand some English for safety reasons with the water-based activities.
