A magic day out with an awesome machine, it seemed like nothing would stop our truck from going anywhere. We enjoyed lake McKenzie the most with its beautiful clear blue water, we could have stayed in the water all day. A perfect day out.

The day was well organised, lunch was good but most importantly the tour leader, Jacob, was very knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about Fraser Island, and went above and beyond to make our experience the best it could be!

The 4x4 vehicle (truck) is a beast of a vehicle and very impressive. Our driver/guide for the day and was a legend. He told great stories about the island and we were very surprised to learn that there was so much history around the island. Morning tea and lunch is provided which are both simple but very fresh and delicious. I would definitely recommend doing this day trip as you learn a lot about the island and the history but also get to enjoy some time exploring and swimming at Lake Mckenzie.
Wild seas, white sand, lush bush, surreal blue lake! Great place with unique and diverse ecosystem. Eagles, dingoes and dolphins made the visit even more worthy. Great hosts conveyed the ecology of the place, its history and aboriginal heritage. Well worth the visit despite being a long day from Noosa. (original source Tripadvisor)
