Stay in cosy shared accommodation right near the beach in the midst of a National Marine Park and master your surf skills with daily lessons and expert instructors. When you're not riding the waves you can enjoy delicious meals, hang with your new mates, find your zen with yoga classes, or just relax in the tranquility of this beachfront paradise.

Whether you're heading north from Sydney or south from Byron Bay, Spot X is conveniently located on a stunning property near the beach in northern NSW. Set right in the midst of a National Marine Park, your accommodation is surrounded by rippling waves and pristine forests. Stay in comfortable shared dorms or teepees that are just steps away from the beach. Once your surf package begins, delicious meals, social campfires, and action-packed days in the sun await!

Typical daily itinerary

Surf, explore, and relax

Whether you're staying at Spot X for 3 days or 8 days, the daily schedule typically follows the same itinerary. After an early breakfast, hit the waves for your daily surf lesson! The lessons start around 7:30am and run for 2-3 hours. Have lunch around 12pm and spend the afternoon relaxing or joining an extra activity like kayaking or kangaroo-spotting in the wild. After a 6pm dinner, relax by the campfire and socialise with the dynamic crew of travellers, surfers, and backpackers. Spot X runs a free shuttle to the bottle shop every evening if you need to grab some drinks. Then rest up and do it all again the next day!
