The first stop on your Moreton Island adventure is the iconic Tangalooma Wrecks! This picturesque shipwreck off the coast of Moreton Island is a haven for marine life and photographers alike. Start with a guided snorkel tour of the wrecks so you can observe the historic site underneath the surface. You'll also get to glide around the Tangalooma Wrecks on a fully transparent kayak for a different perspective! Both snorkelling and kayaking give you the chance to spot corals, tropical fish, dolphins, and turtles. Both activities are weather, wind, and tide-dependent.

You'll soon arrive at "The Desert", a wide expanse of soft sand dunes that look like a real, remote desert!
