It's often considered one of the best dive sites in Australia, and the entire world! Julian Rocks Marine Sanctuary has the highest level of protection, meaning the natural world here is largely undisturbed. Its unique location in northern NSW allows for the convergence of warm, tropical currents and cooler currents, making for a thriving ecosystem that supports a huge variety of sea creatures. Julian Rocks is also a sacred Aboriginal site, and its traditional name is Nguthungulli, meaning "Father of the World". |

Snorkel with a vast array of marine lifeYou'll have around 2.5 hours to snorkel at Julian Rocks Marine Sanctuary. The expert marine guides will be in the water with you, pointing out sea life and teaching you about the various species you encounter. Some sea creatures that you might see include sea turtles, dolphins, leopard sharks, grey nurse sharks, manta rays, and eagle rays, all of which often frolic around the pristine waters of Julian Rocks.
