Check-inArrive at The Farm Byron Bay where you will meet your pilots and crew. There are no set arrival times as the sunrise changes throughout the year but you will be notified prior to what time you need to arrive on the day. You'll need to sign in for your flight, and you can pre-order your breakfast too! You'll also undergo a short flight briefing and safety demonstration from the pilot before you launch. |

It's launch time!The crew will decide the most suitable place to launch, depending on the weather conditions of the day. The balloon takes around 25 minutes to inflate and heat before it is standing upright. Then it's time to climb into the basket and get ready for liftoff. |

Enjoy the ride!You'll start to ascend as soon as the sun starts to rise. The balloon will gently float in the morning breeze. The basket is completely secure and you won't feel much movement. You'll float as high as 2000 feet so be sure to have your camera handy to take picturesque views of your surroundings. |

LandingAfter 45 to 60 minutes of flying time, you'll start the descend back to earth. Landing can be fun, you will either touch down with the basket upright, or if there is a breeze, the basket may land on its side (but don't worry, it's safe and a lot of fun). From there, you can help the team deflate the balloon which is also fun. |

Breakfast timeYou'll have worked up an appetite from all the adrenaline you felt during the ride. Luckily, breakfast is covered so you can enjoy your meal you pre-ordered because your flight. Visit the Three Blue Ducks cafe on the farm and enjoy award-winning barista coffee, and a scrumptious breakfast to keep you going for the rest of the day! |
