    FAQs

    Do I need travel insurance?

Yes, travel insurance is compulsory for all One Life Adventures tours. You must book this on your own before the tour departs.

    What is the accommodation like?

Accommodation varies throughout the tour, but the standard setup is twin share rooms for 2 people. If you’re a solo traveller, you’ll be paired with someone of the same gender. You can also upgrade to have your own room for the tour (select this option at checkout).

You’ll be staying in quirky hotels, mountain lodges, boutique accommodations with infinity pools, and more!

What food is included and can my dietary restrictions be catered for?

Throughout your 12-day tour, 11 breakfasts, 1 lunch, and 1 dinner are included. Other meals are at your own expense. Dietary restrictions can be catered for if you let us know in advance!

How much luggage can we bring?

Try to pack as light as possible! We are moving around every few days, so the lighter your bags, the better. A backpack or small suitcase is ideal.

    What should we pack?

Bali has a tropical climate, so pack accordingly and focus on comfortable layers! Sun protection, swimwear, sunglasses, and a camera are essential. You will also visit a temple in Ubud where your shoulders and chest should be covered (a sarong will be provided).

    Where should we fly into?

Fly into Ngurah Rai International Airport in Denpasar (DPS).

How do we get around Bali on the tour?

All transport is included in the tour! You will travel around Bali in local vans, buses, private boats and more.

Where does the tour begin and is airport pickup offered?

The tour begins in Canggu on day 1. If you are arriving on day 1, you will be collected from the airport! Please send your arrival details to enquiries@onelifeadventures.com.au ahead of time. If you arriving before day 1, you'll have to organise your own transport to Canggu.

Where and when does the tour end?

On day 12, you'll be dropped off in Canggu around 1pm. You can organise your own onward flights or accommodations from there, but please leave plenty of time before your next travel plans in case of any delays. Please don’t book flights for any earlier than 6pm.

How much money should I bring?

Though the majority of the trip is paid for upon booking, you’ll want a bit of spending money for meals, activities, and souvenirs. You’ll receive a spending guide in your welcome pack, but $30-40 AUD should be plenty for one person. There will be ATMs where you can get cash out, and some places in Bali accept card as well.
